As we deal with racial injustice now, I think of two wonderful books I read a few years ago: Just Mercy by Bryan Stevenson–I listened to this on audio, exquisitely read by the author–and The Sun Does Shine (click for my Goodreads review) by Anthony Ray Hinton. Both dealing with innocent Black men imprisoned on Death Row. Chilling stories written with heart by two inspiring men.
